The interior design of the cottage and its layout should meet 100% requirements of the
owner. If he loves jazz and has many friends, then the first idea that would come to mind is
to create a home musical club. It was taken into consideration during project implementation
and the architect focused on a musical living room on the ground floor. The purpose was to
zone cleverly all musical instruments and speaker systems. Also additional sound isolation
was incorporated. The main concept of a design project was an idea to move smoothly from
one functional zone to another. As a result of this idea, a two-level terrace was added to a
house, which you could access either from the dining room of the ground floor or from the
bedroom of the first floor. Glass partitions were inset between a bedroom, a bathroom and a
dressing room. They were made of a smart glass that allowed to change a glass from opaque
to transparent when touching a button. Doing that all 3 rooms turned into one large open
space.
