The architect created this design project in the Art Deco style, which brought countless benefits. This style fits perfectly those people who are passionate about classics but would like to add an extra custom appeal to standard décor. During reconstruction 3 rooms on the ground floor were combined in one large open space by implementing wide openings. Arch linings with stained Venice glass curtains were built in the openings to the drawings of the architect. The walls were coated with Venetian plaster. Overall space of a hall and a winter garden made up an interior of the first floor. A fountain, coffered ceilings, terracotta tiles and cornices complemented décor with innovation and elegance. Master bedroom’ interior style was classic but a room was furnished in Art Deco style. Attic roof fractures defined space lining and interior décor of the second floor. These elements were implemented in 2 studios , a hall and a guest bedroom.
