The restoration of the cottage after the fire included some works of the building.
On advice of a customer, the architectural and design project provided for the possibility to
use any free space of a house for relax zones. The architect considered this in his interior
design project. Relax areas were created on the attached terrace and on the basement floor. It
was planned to save as much as possible the structure of existing concrete-brick walls there
due to a design project. In fact it turned to be space renovation. The basement of the house
was divided into three zones: a winery with billiards, a gym, SPA area with a steam room, a
shower and a dressing room. On the attached terrace, the design project provided for a
dining area and a card playing area. Interior style of the terrace was more conservative and
aristocratic. Furniture items elevated English tradition style by their classic shapes.
