Each customer has his own style preferences, whether it is strict classicism, luxurious art deco or
laconic hi-tech. The architect’s role is to bring all client's requirements into conformity and
harmony with a designer’s project. For this project the architect decided on minimalism style with
luxury elements. Following preferences of the owner we changed the apartment layout, selected
carefully furniture, interior elements and lighting elements. The main colors of the décor are brown,

beige and white. This choice reflects luxury and noble aristocratism. The walls of the living room
faced in “light brick” color tiles go well with graphic tinted veneer cabinet panels and a fashion
lamp made of polished metal. Decorative aged marble painting element as well as white and black
landscape over the head bed made up a focal art feature of the bedroom. Thus all interior of the
apartment defines main design concept and all décor points are cleverly exposed. A house turned to
be uncluttered and elegant.
