«Seasons» House reconstruction. Architectural project. Renovation of the facade, extension of the pool, terrace, polycarbonate canopy system. Minimalistic functionalism. Area 564 sq.m. 2014 New Moscow, k / pos. Nikolins Lakes.
The old house did not meet the increased requirements of the owners, so a new architectural project for the reconstruction of the facade and a design interior project were implemented. The architectural project included garage extension to facade side and an extension of the pool building, terrace, polycarbonate canopy to a backside of a house. The key idea was to combine interior inside space with landscape area. Following project layout a pool and a terrace were put together under one roof. The design of the terrace involved barbecue area and relax area with light plastic furniture. It formed large SPA zone which flew smoothly to landscape area with paths, sun loungers and lamps. The garage added to façade part was enlarged. A new multi-level façade was covered by a double slop canopy made of one block polycarbonate. Summer patio zone was placed under this
