The architectural requirements for a suburban house in our country have drastically changed. People
started traveling a lot over the world, they learned and compared different styles. A customer
realized a new possibility for design and architecture and decided to renovate a façade. An ex owner
of the house which was built 20 years ago, cluttered rooms space with maximum architectural
features: multilevel roofs, pediments of various shapes, bay windows, arched and rectangular
windows, brickworks for pointer. We had to improve this heavy décor. Due to a new design project
a single-slope laconic canopy with skylights was built over the main entrance. Roof tiles were
changed into more soft ones. Façade bricks were plastered and painted in a light grey color.
Basement cladding was made with brown granite tiles that suited roof color. The same color cross-
shaped metal elements were inset under the windows that copied balustrades design on the balcony
and façade terrace.
