Yacht club Algol was a quiet comfortable place with atmosphere of relax and positive emotions,
but was limited by a swimming pool, boat trips services and a rest on the beach. Management
decided to make a reconstruction to provide a club with more facilities and luxury comfort. A new
project for the old building reconstruction was applied. The main idea was to make an entertainment
and business center. The architect worked out some sketches which formed general design façade
and interior concept. During façade works plaster and wall painting were combined on the ground
floor and the first floor was faced with a block house elements. Long façade were separated with
long wooden beams that imitated timber-framing structure. Design solution to put together wall
painting and block house facing allowed to reach harmony between a new reconstructed building
and landscape environment.
