For a large family with traditional family values, classic style is considered to be mostly requested.
Big volume house needed to hostess numerous relatives and friends who often visited the family.
The design concept implied complicated angular project of the future palace building with an
adjoining terrace and patio according to the architectural traditions of Italian Renaissance
courtyards. The roof over the terrace was held by Doric columns with iron lamps in arches.
Barbecue area was placed to the right side from the terrace under the canopy and fountain area with
marble benches was put to the left side. The facades were implemented in the classical style, that
reflected art idea of Roman Coliseum. Each floor held its own order: Doric, Ionic, Corinthian. The
top of the central part was crowned by a glass dome, which led to a glazed terrace above the main
entrance. Two opened terraces with loungers and umbrellas were put to the right and to the left from
the dome of a flat roof.
