When the architect developed this project, he referred to old classic original traditions. A house that was
built 10 years ago did not look nice and was out of proportions. A lot of sketches were made to balance
façades and to give a house its aesthetical perfection. Vertically the house facades were divided into 2
segments by colors: a part from the ground till the first floor was painted in light colors and the rest of the
facade till a roof was faced in brown tiles. Occasional windows were equilibrated by false windows, that
were filled with art design smalt compositions. Cornices, bracket fouts, pilasters, door casings, rustic works
and other décor items were made from light grey limestone. Basement was faced with granite tiles in tone
with brown tiles of upper part façade. To complement classical concept of a design project forged
elements such as balustrades on the balconies, scales railings, lamps, canopies were installed.
