The main idea of a customer was to create easy style functional house. The architect proposed
laconic classic style for a façade and added a 2 level glass element to the main façade to build an
entrance hall and a winter garden. The old project house built few years ago was removed and we
left only supporting walls and a hall staircase. We totally reconstructed a façade, made a new roof
and extended a main façade entrance with 2 level glass element. Following the design project
ground floor area was divided into more zones for the whole family. SPA area with a pool and a
steam room, dining area with a kitchen, a dining room and living space with a fireplace and home
cinema were located there. The first floor was divided into private rooms for all family members
and guests: a master bedroom, children’s room, a bathroom, two guest bedrooms and a winter
garden. The oak staircase with balustrades on the first floor did not suit to a new décor style, but the
customer decided to leave it as a memory of an old design project.
