The construction of the house, which lasted three years, came to a standstill by 2002. It showed only
a pile of walls and roofs of different levels. The customer realized that he could not proceed
without an architectural and design project, but he dreamed about a nice building in a classic style.
The architect started working with sketches. After general concept was approved the architect went
on with project considering all spaces interior design. To enlarge up visually wrong located
windows on facade the sides the arches had to be inset above them. To combine arched structures
above the windows around the entire perimeter of the roof, high cornices made of fiber-reinforced
concrete were mounted. The dominant part of the back side facade was a large arched pediment
based on classical columns with rustic foots. Vertical compositions of 2 shades brown tiles united
windows of two floors. Basement was faced with the same tiles. The corners of the house were
decorated with white brick rustic work. All these décor elements highlighted architectural design of
a new building so facades were balanced in classic style.
The windows of the first and second floors were combined into vertical compositions of two-tone
brown tiles. A socle is laid out from the same tile. The corners of the building are bounded by a rust
of white brick. All these elements, assembled together, determined the architectural and design
appearance of the new building. The balanced classical facades turned out.
