Guest house became a part of the homestead on the lake shore in the Moscow region. The style of the guest house with such architectural elements as awnings, metal pylons, terraces was kept in the general style of the manor. The main colour palette is white and dark brown. They repeated the architectural style of the main house. This colour choice corresponds to the Bauhaus style (white) and the concept of the cottage village (dark brown). A thin, large-format porcelain stoneware was used for the façade cladding. All around the house there is a terrace with a canopy based on reinforced concrete pylons, which leads to the canopy over the parking area. The canopies over the terraces and the parking area are connected by a common frieze-parapet on the roof.
Laconicism, functionalism and conformity with the existed buildings have been taken into account and realised in this architectural project.
